Led by David Perry QC and leading Katherine Hardcastle, Miranda represented Rolls-Royce plc in relation to the Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA) with the Serious Fraud Office (SFO). The DPA was the third, and largest DPA approved by the President of the Queen’s Bench Division. The agreement was reached between the Serious Fraud Office and Rolls-Royce plc and formed part of a global settlement involving prosecutors in the UK, US and Brazil.
