Members of 6KBW College Hill appear for individuals and government departments in judicial review proceedings before the High Court and the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber). Members also have experience of conducting appellate cases in this area. Members of chambers also regularly appear before the Special Immigration Appeals Commission.
Our members appear as presenting officers for the Home Office in relation to immigration appeals to the first-tier tribunal. These cases often involve human rights issues, as well as the requirements of the immigration rules and the application of Home Office policy.
