6KBW College Hill has extensive experience in dealing with cases involving allegations of sexual misconduct. Members of chambers are instructed in both contemporary and historic investigations of rape, sexual assault, grooming, child exploitation and possession of indecent images of children.

Given the sensitivity of this type of work, we are routinely instructed to advise pre-charge in complex and wide-ranging investigations and provide assistance throughout the investigative and litigation process.

From a defence perspective, we are regularly called upon to support high-profile individuals who face intrusive investigations and media attention and to address their specific requirements during the trial process.

Members of chambers are qualified to conduct vulnerable witness training including the cross-examination of child witnesses which requires sensitivity and particular expertise.
