Judicial Review

We have significant experience of conducting judicial review proceedings on behalf of both claimants and defendants. The subject matter varies from criminal cases to claims arising from the decisions of central government, inquests, public inquiries, police and prison decisions. Members of chambers have particular expertise in cases involving sensitive matters relating to national security.

Chambers has an active team of members appointed to the A, B and C panels of the Attorney General’s Panel of Counsel. They advise and appear in judicial review proceedings before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court.
