R v Jermey Bamber

Instructed on multiple occasions by the CPS in litigation brought by Bamber, who murdered 5 members of his family including six-year-old twins. First instructed in CCRC appeal against conviction and most recently in judicial review proceedings in which Bamber sought post-conviction disclosure: R v Bamber (2020) EWHC 1391 (Admin).
