Annabel Darlow QC acts in Jeremy Bamber application

Annabel Darlow QC,  acted for the prosecution in successfully resisting an application for judicial review by Jeremy Bamber, who was convicted of the murder of five members of his family in the 1985 White House Farm murders and is now serving a whole-life tariff. Bamber challenged the refusal of the CPS to make post-conviction disclosure that Bamber claimed would lead to grounds for an appeal against conviction.
