On Wednesday 9 October 2025, the High Court refused a claim for judicial review brought by Courtney Freckleton (also known as rapper ‘Nines’) in respect of a decision of a Crown Court judge in Kingston to withdraw his bail after he pleaded guilty to three offences, including being concerned in the supply of Class B drugs.
Megan Millar was instructed to represent the CPS Appeals and Review Unit in the judicial review proceedings.
