Bunnvale Ltd – R(Bunnvale) v City of London Police

Criminal investigation into Russian national traders of oil futures contracts on the Intercontinental Exchange. Instructed by two of the companies under investigation. A decision of the City of London Police to detain $22m was successfully reviewed in proceedings before the High Court.
