Mohsin Zaidi acted for the SFO in the largest ever DPA, entered into between the Serious Fraud Office and Airbus. The total global fine exceeded 3.5 billion euros.
The agreement follows a three year investigation with joint cooperation between the UK’s Serious Fraud Office and authorities in France and the United States. The UK DPA alone is more than all previous DPAs combined.
