The Manchester Arena Inquiry has published the third and final volume of its report, which focuses on the radicalisation of the bombers and whether the attack on 22 May 2017, in which 22 people lost their lives, could have been prevented.
Duncan Atkinson KC, Victoria Ailes and Adam Payter, instructed by Hogan Lovells LLP, represent six of the bereaved families.
