JUSTICE Publishes a Report into the Prosecution of Sexual Offences

On 10 June 2019, the legal charity JUSTICE published its report on prosecuting sexual offences.  The Working Party was chaired by HH Peter Rook QC.  Paul Jarvis sat on the Working Party and he was also the chairman of one of three sub-groups looking into delay and inefficiency in the prosecution of serious sexual offending.  The report makes a number of recommendations that will hopefully be taken forward.  The report is available here.
