Duncan Penny QC, Tim Cray QC and Peter Ratliff were instructed in the trial of Mane Driza, who was accused of murdering Stefan Bledar Mone in 1999. At the time of the killing Mane Driza had committed two murders in Albania, and killed two more men, and attempted to kill another, whilst on the run in Italy.
Following a trial at the Old Bailey, Mr Driza was found guilty of murdering Mr Mone and was sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 20 years.
