Alex du Sautoy appears for the Requesting State in Divisional Court extradition case

Alex du Sautoy was instructed by the CPS to represent the Respondent in Galusca v Italian Judicial Authority [2021] EWHC 3354 (Admin), before Lord Justice Bean and Mr Justice Jay. The case concerned the Requested Person’s retrial rights in Italy, and required the court to resolve a conflict between two previous High Court cases.
