A defendant who plotted to abduct, rape and murder the TV personality Holly Willoughby was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment, with a minimum term of 16 years.
Gavin Plumb, 37, from Harlow, Essex denied soliciting murder, inciting kidnap and inciting rape between 2021 and 2023, but was found guilty following an eight-day trial and sentenced to life imprisonment.
