Taylor on Criminal Appeals, 3rd edition

The third edition of Taylor on Criminal Appeals has been published by Oxford University Press.  Paul Jarvis and Professor David Ormerod QC wrote Chapter 8 on prosecution appeals under the Criminal Justice Act 2003.  The new edition is Wildy’s Book of the Month for August 2022:
