Instructed by the CPS Special Casework Unit, Sasha Wass KC prosecuted two men who kidnapped a drunken mother who was separated from her friend.
Following a 3-week trial at Kingston Crown Court the Jury found the victim lacked the capacity to consent to sex and the defendants were convicted by the jury of Kidnapping and Rape.
The defendants will be sentenced in April.
