Duncan Atkinson KC appointed as a Deputy High Court Judge.

Chambers is delighted to announce that, further to a recommendation made by the Judicial Appointments Commission and the approval of The Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, our Head of Chambers, Duncan Atkinson KC, has been appointed to sit as a Deputy Judge of the High Court in accordance with Section 9(4) of the Senior Courts Act 1981, assigned to the King’s Bench Division.
